Why hasnt the government realized that masks arent really doing anything. cases have hardly gone down and you could literally just strap a napkin on now and it counts bc its covering your mouth

one of my teachers was making a point saying that in his job they have special fitted masks for fumes and stuff and that masks were doing something we would have special fitted ones

TLDR I hate this I want it to go away and we should start doin sumn

But yeah, I agree. Masks have done almost nothing and people already refuse to wear them.

I get that it :"for our safety" and whatnot... but still. It's done pretty much nothing.

I'm a person that doesn't like wearing masks to much because they hurt my ears and it's hot-

The filters do help a bit and yeah, lots of people don't like wearing them.

But COVID isn't gonna just rapidly disappear. The cases per day or week or whatever have actually been gradually going down (at least in my state) and we're slowly reopening. So it really depends on where you are and stuff like that
