It's about a kid who is in a co-pilot seat (private plane) and he is visiting his dad (his mom and dad are divorced and I forgot his name) and the pilot has a heart attack and dies but the kid can't handle it and self-learns to fly the plane but it crashes into a lake and all he has is a hatchet and he has to survive in the wilderness by himself. And finally after 4 months (I think it was 4 months) he is rescued. Figure everything else out on your own.
