I'm scared
StarryNeptuneMy Grandpa's not doing very well.
I want him to get better, but I'm worried about what'll happen.
I can't exactly do much because he lives in all the way Africa.
What do I do?

StarryNeptuneSure Cookie.
Oh no..
I'm not really sure what you can do, both because I can't think of any and a couple good suggestions are already here.
StarryNeptuneYeah.
My mom doesn't know that I'm worried.
She recommended saying hi to him over the phone.
But then, he's having trouble speaking so I'm not sure what to say.
Anyways...
once you know you've lost a family member it seems like all hope is lost and really the only thing you feel is sadness and hate. Then usually you would get past the sadness but then live on with guilt and hate. I know this because it's happened to me 3 times...
And that's what it feels like.
StarryNeptuneHappened to me twice.
I feel sad for a while and get better. After a long time, its like a roller coaster. Some days, I really feel guilt and sadness.
Honestly, I don't really know how to help, as I'm obviously not one to rely on for help.
All we could really do is hope for the best.
<3 It will be okay, just call him, tell him you love him a lot. Try an accept all possible outcomes. DO NOT and please DO NOT hurt yourself! Everyone deals with their pain differently so please, don't do anything that could harm yourself. I would draw him something or make something for him and mail it to him. If you ever need anything I gotchu <3
