Gaslighting is horrible.

I remember my mom asking me to look at a paper and fill out the things that are wrong with me. I said that I 100% have aniexty, or I'm showing signs.

She told me that I didn't, and took the papers away. I tried telling my dad, he said I was crazy and went to sleep. I told my mom that I'd be lying to the person I was giving this to. In this case, the hospital. She said it was something she grabbed off the internet, and hid the papers. I kept bothering her about it, then my dad said that therapy was for crazy people, and that I shouldn't go. I got so mad about it.

sounds like they need therapy then :x

it's not for crazy people- that's a psychiatrist- :/ mostly-

I think they were just very mad.

My mom did/does have health problems.

My dad is the only one who is working, and I think he was just stressed out.
