Yeah, I'm not sure why that happens - the video encoder has all the correct timings 🤷‍♂️

As for a filter - it's too easily bypassed. That's what the report buttons are for.

Just put the last one to 50 ms or 25 ms. it helps.

@Dan can you make it so when you turn an animation public after finishing it, it automatically goes to the front because i work on some animations that take a few days cuz im lazy but when i post it it just goes to a different page and isnt seen by anybody
