The Animator

My best friend came out to me last night saying they felt as if they didn't feel like the gender they were. They said that they sometimes wanted to be a girl and sometimes wanted to be a boy. They said they were non-binary but I got them to google genderfluid cuz I'm big brain and I know the difference lol. So they came out as gender fluid and idk if they told their parents yet-

(idk if that counts as coming out, but for me, it does cuz that takes guts saying out loud.)

It's gonna take a while for me to start calling them "them" and "they" all the time instead of what I called them before but at least I'm already used to it when I'm typing. THey're also lucky that their name is a uni-sex name so-

aww that's nice. i haven't really come out as being gender fluid yet- I'm scared to do it because my family hates me.

I'm planning to do it on my birthday and i've talked to them about LGBTQ and then I told them about my friend so I think I have a better understanding on what they might feel about it
