I think I might know..

1. They're a Troll account

2. It's an alt account (They're main got banned [Called Hate] and they came back)

3. The person who uses the account wants 'attention'

4. They pretty much hate a lot. But in my opinion, they're just trolling it.

It's banned because of swearing, bullying and violating the rules of the website

The thing you might probably do is well, ignore them. And, hide they're comments. :|

I'm just trying to give the real explanation why he 'hates' on people, is because.. they're a Troll. Like I said, ignore them.
