1.the most important rule is that the owner of the thread comment does not count as a certain number.(explaination: the owner could just spam gibberish. until they got the certain number)

2.if the owner hide the comment it still count as a comment.

say if you agree or not agree comment down below if you had more rule to add or complain.

no this still new so i cant do anything to the past 1000 comment thread.

so i want to make this rule so people get 1000 comment fairly
