Hello all,

I'm very, very sorry - but there was a terrible bug that meant if you updated a saved animation and re-uploaded it, the changes may not have been saved correctly.

This bug meant that in some circumstances, your changes may have saved over someone else's animation. If the name of your animation has changed unexpectedly, this has happened to you. If this has happened, then the original title, animation sequence and palette would have been lost - sorry.

The drawn images and resulting video should still be present, but you won't be able to load your animation sequence in the editor correctly. If this has happened to you, please email me the animation link at help@theanimator.co.uk and I will try to recover it.

The bug is now fixed and saving should work correctly.

I'm very sorry for this. A bad design decision I made a long time ago has caused this problem and it went unnoticed for some time.

The same bug would also mean that views of your animation may not have been counted correctly. This is also now fixed.
