I need some help
Does anyone know any good Coping mechanisms for Depression, No matter what I try I always end up worse than I was before, Games dont help anymore either

wolfy711i dont know what you mean about copying mechanisms for depression but if you feel down, taking a walk outside can help or find something that makes you happy like watching movies or playing your favourite games, even interacting with your friends or family can help too
sadly that's all i rlly can think of, very basic but it's what i've been told by my therapist
Yeah, those things probably would help but the feelings of isolation and loneliness prevent me from being able to talk to people, many of the friends I make I end up losing either to fights or they move away, I don’t talk to many parents about it because I don’t want to pay a therapist to tell me stuff I already know, and what I mean by it is just stuff I could do to take my mind off of things for a while, because nothing ever seems to work, I just start overthinking and I end up having a bad day

if you're still in school, you can always talk to the counselor, I doubt they'd be any help though
They aren’t, there are many people at my school who refuse to talk to the counselor cause he’s been charged with pedophilia before

I have depression alot too.
What I do to take my mind off being depression is happy things or playing my fav games or joking around with myself
