The boyz trilogy is a fictional story of three Soviet army divisions who were able to hold the cities of Riga, Gomel, and Kiev despite the overwhelming German Wehrmacht army from 1941 to their saving in 1944. This is a drawing of one of the trenches depicted in the story around the city of Kiev. The next drawing will be of the deteriorating conditions at Gomel
