I think the 3rd frame should be closer to above his head, or between the 3rd and 4th frame add another short mid-swing frame

And making sure the front foot is in the same exact spot (even if you bend or move either leg (unless camera movement is used)) I think increases fluidity

But idk tho I’ve never actually animated an overhand I don’t think, I might just be talking out of my ass
