How many varieties/species of goobs are there?

Theres a surplus amount of different Goob species and thier varients. Most of them remain hidden. Undiscovered. But we're slowly but surely 'discovering' more and more every day.

What Goob is your PFP?

This is Dotto, which is the first ever 'Goob'. It predates every other Goob, being originally created all the way back in 2021. Now its my little mascot critter!

does each type of Goob represent something?

Not entirely sure what you meant by this, but most of them dont really 'represent' anything. Sure, some of them are inspired by certain things, like this Goob inspired by jumper clamps

Or this Goob inspired by electrical plugs.

The only Goobs that have real symbolism are Bleak and Meak, which are personifications of emotions. What those emotions are, exactly, is hard to say...

I dont think thats how spices work, but give it a 20 years and someone will probably figure out how to do that anyway.

Goobs dont really have a strong sense of good or bad. They just kinda... do what comes naturally. And if that means they act a little bit evil, then so be it.

Nope. Each and every one is different in some way. The closest thing to that would be varients, those still stand out enough to be more than just a carbon copy.

Probably not in the traditional sense. They dont really have houses, they just kinda live where ever. Some may be in caves. Other in the forests. Or maybe theres a Goob living in your very home right now.

What do they eat?

They kinda just eat... anything really. A hungry Goob would probably eat the first thing it sees. Even if its something normally considered inedible to us. To a Goob, nothing is off the table.
