Shark I was bloody groomed and I don't know what to do and I feel horrible and ashamed and I need help but I don't trust anybody anymore and your like a big sister to me and I don't know i feel worthless now and I can't deal with stress anymore I'm scared of everything and I don't know help

Make sure you block all contact with this person

Report it to an adult or if you're too afraid to tell anyone, I recommend writing an email to a helpline

I'm really sorry this has happened to you, and I'm extremely worried for you

I'm not sure what we should do in this situation but if you ever do get stressed or scared, please don't hurt yourself, and instead squeeze ice cubes or rip newspapers to calm yourself down

I've blocked them everywhere even abandoned where I met them- my parents do know and have been trying to help, thanks shark ilk try use your advice- thank you so much I'm just very confused and I don't know- I never know, I don't know if my friend Jay truly is my friend- he well, introduced me to them, he knew he was 18 too so I don't know anymore- he didn't even stop me-
