There's this guy Jack, he's really toxic and has been causing lots of tensions in the friend group. He is also causing his gf Jennah to isolate herself from people and drive others away. I'm sitting in honors bio and I hear him next to my desk saying "Yeah everyone in this school is terrible. You trust them and then they go an stab you in the back." and I knew this was directed towards me because we had a falling out over him being unloyal to Jennah and also just being a bad person. He goes and starts talking to his friends, and in my head, I start panicking and think he is talking about me. My chest went tight, my heart was racing, it was bad. I really hate confrontation, so this whole situation has taken a toll on me.
