You don't need impact frames, not yet at least I have a tutorial you can look for later, but..
You need more motion and fixed sized management look at my other practice. Notice how my stickman don't come out of shape, and if it does it's not nearly noticeable? or how when it does move it's smooth?
Don't go for impact frames next, that' what I did before and I set myself back a year in skill because i wanted a flashy attack and not motion.
I suggest you learn in between framing (So you don't have to use smearing and lines so much)
and easing before impact frames.

and even then you should wanna get help from people as much as you can.
