I just find it weird he is providing positivity to everyone in a very weird way.

I understand the actual message can be a little confusing, so allow me to explain. "Love to all" is not my way of saying "I want to go out with everyone" it is my way of saying "I support and enjoy my time with everyone". Thank you for you're concern though.
