Wounds look tuff. But no wounds is slightly more manga accurate
Either way looks really good tho. Maybe replace the wounds with some dirt?
I actually referenced the official manga uncolored ver, and I just had to guess whether those were just wounds/scratches or just dirt on his face😠and I just ended up with just the wounds, but it does make a lot of sense with dirt, thank u!!

I completely understand where you’re coming from, and thanks for taking it into consideration
By my complete knowledge, In the manga, the left side of Gojos face (Gojos left) is wounded from hollow purple and the other bits are either dirt or small bits dried blood from that face wound.
Either way the art looks completely spectacular, I aspire to do that well someday.
