Our fine course for this evening, cabillaud recouvert, sautéed with a glaze of sirop de chocolat hershey infused with some moutarde pénétré au couteau avec une tranche de tomate réduisant tossed in a crème hydratante avec quelques frites en apéritif pour finir avec served elegantly with a side of bana moisi' .
