I guess the only real downside is even though it's mastered de-activating it, and waiting about 20 minutes, his mind would probably have trouble getting back to normal cause to withstand the power of Blue Unleashed, all your senses would be heightened upon millions of times, all your reflexes, thoughts, smell, hearing, and instinct are all multiplied by millions of times to operate at such a high power level, de-activating Blue Unleashed for around 20 minutes would cause his brain to have to go back to his base performance meaning by around 20 minutes after going back to base, he'd probably have a seizure, or temporarily go blind, deaf and paralyzed for about 10 seconds. before going back to his base form.

20 minutes after her detransforms considering that something like adrenaline takes about to same time to go away.
