I HAD THAT BEFORE BRUH

I was taking a shower and water went DEEP in my ear and bruh it keep ringing and like hurting like crazy and then the docters gave me medicine and i would think its something for my ear but nah they gae me some nasty ah medicine and it had me throwing up every time i took it

so thats whats its called
