No, He can't beat him with 1% even if he tried - Kai Tensei is OP at 3% He can absorb powers and if he gets beaten or dies he comes back to life with more power. Basically like Meliodas from 7 deadly sins

you sure? because people cant absorb peoples power if they are stronger then them and hellfire is part of the strongest trio ever known or unknown alive or dead for a reason
