Hello, the message is to think about the happy times and stay strong. As well as staying home and staying safe, of course! The animation with the stickman explains that the germs were so close to getting to him, when he stood strong and stayed home (the bubble) and he soon got out of his house, because he did not go on any of the park equipment, listened to the rules and did not act silly and joke around in these serious times.
