Use the paintbrush tool

If you need to make something move fast, use a smear frame. First you draw where the thing starts, then where it ends. Next, in between the frames, make one or two distorted images that connect the start/end. If you make the smear frame(s) go by really fast, it’ll look like it quickly moved
