sparkyyYou don't really need a tutorial
This may not be the e a s i e s t road to take but it'll pay off.
You can look at a bunch of different references and take the aspects you really like. Like how the eyes are done then in another, how the hair is and then put it all together
Eventually, you'll get the sense that they're supposed to be together and you'll start morphing them so they look normal together. it may look weird at first but so do all artstyle when they're starting out
