Congratulations your 18 now! but with that comes a few responsibilities. 1. first you need to buy or rent or loan a house but with that comes: Taxes, Rent, Water bill, electricity bill, gas/heating bill, trash and recycling services bill, internet/cable/phone bill, home security bill, you will also need to pay for routine maintenance, emergency funds savings, homeowner association fees, appliance funds, house insurance, and life insurance. and the best part is you have to pay that monthly 😊 and don't forget you will also have to still pay for college which is 65,000$ (per year :D) so good luck out there! and remember it only gets wor- 😶
